Seasonal Sickness

Seasonal Sickness

Hi Everyone,

How was your last week?

For me it was a low one, emotionally.

In my previous newsletter I wrote about ways to beat loneliness.

But when the loneliness bug bit me, I could not recover even after aplying my own prescription.

Do you also feel lonely sometimes?

What do you do in that case.

For me, I tried few things and it worked for me.

  1. Accept your feeling. Don't fight back. Even if you feel to cry, that's fine. Let the emotional toxins be out of your head.
  2. Try to soak in morning sun. Trust me it has some magical power to heal the body and mind.
  3. Try to build some side hustle. There is a joy to create something where your heart is.
  4. Enjoy the process and don't get fixed on the end result.
  5. Lastly, surrender to the higher power.

A few quotes that helped me.

“Sadness flies away on the wings of time.” ― Jean de La Fontaine
“The word ‘happy’ would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.” — Carl Jung
“Tears are words that need to be written.” ― Paulo Coelho
“Sad hurts but it's a healthy feeling. It is a necessary thing to feel.” — J.K. Rowling

Saddness is like seasonal sickness. It will come and go.

See you next week!
